Toddler Parties

Prepare for a morning of joy and laughter at our incredible toddler parties! It’s time to create unforgettable birthday memories as your little ones embark on an epic adventure tailored just for them!

Toddler Parties are on during our toddler morning sessions, so you’ll have all their favourite Disney music playing and exclusive access to the park with only toddlers and their parents, instead of the bigger kids getting in the way too. Children aged 5 and under must have an adult bouncing with them.

TODDLER PARTIES INCLUDE:

• 60-minute bounce on the park!

• Your own dedicated party room – available for use once the party is bouncing on the park! This space is then all yours for the duration of your booking.

• Jump socks

• Awesome toddler brunch box: including cheese, ham or jam sandwich, pom bear crisps, mini Jammie Dodgers, Frube yoghurt and a carton of apple/orange juice.

• Free return pass for the birthday child!

Some areas are subject to a 1.25m height restriction, these include free fall/jump tower, performance trampolines, ninja obstacles.

Toddler Parties T&Cs:

• Minimum booking of 8 toddlers.

• For children 5 years and under only.

• Guests aged 5 and under must have an adult aged 16+ bouncing with them and require direct supervision. Max ratio required is 2 toddlers to 1 adult. (If you have a toddler party of 8 guests a minimum of 4 supervising adults are required to go onto the park).

• A maximum of 2 adults can supervise one toddler free of charge within the toddler party package.

• Adults supervising children at a party will need to purchase Jump socks, but they can supervise free of charge. Please make us aware of any supervising adult ticket add-ons required as soon as possible.

• You are entitled to a full refund up to 5 days from the date of your booking. After 5 days the amount paid will be non-refundable. (For example, Monday is the last day changes can be made to Saturday party booking. All of our preparation is actioned 5 days in advance to ensure we are fully prepared.)

• All participants aged 16+ must sign their own waiver. Children 15 & under must have a waiver signed by an adult. Sign waivers before you visit here.

Payment
Please note the full payment for ten guests is due on the day you book. We advise booking full numbers at your earliest convenience as we do get fully booked. Any additional guests on top of the minimum of 10 required, must be booked and paid for in full, 5 days before your party date.

Refunds
Our refund policy is 5 days. We require five days notice prior to your booking for a full refund. On the day of your party, any guests that fail to attend will not be entitled to a refund. However, another guest can fill this space and will receive the full party package.
If you require any additional guests, we will need to be informed at least 5 days before the party. No additional guests will be allowed to be added to the party on the day. (For example, Monday is the last day changes can be made to Saturday party booking. All of our preparation is actioned 5 days in advance to ensure we are fully prepared.)

You are entitled to a full refund up to 5 days from the date of your booking. After 5 days the amount paid will be non-refundable.

How many can you fit in a party room?
This number varies depending on park. For most of our parks it’s 20 people, but we can try and accommodate more. Some parks can slide open the adjoining doors! Please make sure you speak to a Jump Inc crew member if you have a big booking.

Can we decorate the room?
Yes, any decorations can be put up when the kids are bouncing

Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, the cake will stay in your party room and we’ll all sing happy birthday as soon as the birthday bouncer returns from the park.

Do you cater for allergies?
We offer vegetarian, gluten-free & vegan options. Please ensure you inform us of any dietary requirements when making your booking. Don’t forget to bring your own birthday cake and candles.

Do you do party bags?
We don’t unfortunately offer party bags, why not add on an unlimited refill slush for each of your party guests instead for £5.95pp?

Supervision rules
Partygoers aged 5 and under must be accompanied on the park by an adult aged 16+. One adult can supervise two children under 6.
0-5 years (under 6s) require direct supervision on the park
6 years – 13 years require non-direct supervision (a parent or guardian on site)
14 years and above do not require supervision

Supervising adults are not included in the party price during peak times and are required to book on at the price of an open jump.

Do you do toddler parties?
Yes! Toddler parties are available at all parks but please see the parties page on our website for time/session availability.

Please arrive on time!
We have purposely set the start time of your party 15 minutes earlier than your 1-hour Jump session, to allow time to check-in.
If you fail to arrive on time, you may lose jump time due to long queues. Any time lost on the park due to late arrival will not be compensated for at the end of the session. The first 15 minutes are allocated to checking customers in, ensuring all guests have the correct waivers signed and have acknowledged watching the safety briefing. The party room will become available to access to parents, once the children are bouncing on the park. The 60-minute bounce time will start on the scheduled hour/half hour you selected on booking.

Kids Parties T&Cs

Please note the following Party T’s & C’s are in addition to the Jump Inc General T’s & C’s

• Tag Active wristbands are not included in the price of a party at Jump Inc Sheffield, please add wristbands on at the checkout.

• Any party guest aged 5 and under must have an adult bouncing with them and require direct supervision. An adult supervising an under 6 on a ‘Peak’ party will need to pre-purchase an open jump ticket and Jump Socks. Adults supervising an under 6 on an ‘Off Peak’ party will need to pre-purchase socks, but they can supervise free of charge. Please make us aware of any supervising adult ticket add-ons required as soon as possible.

• Children aged 6 – 13 require a parent or guardian on-site.

• Children aged 14+ do not require supervision in the building but will require a parent or guardian over the age of 16 to sign a waiver on the minor’s behalf, before arrival at the park.

• We require a minimum of 10 guests including the birthday child. Payment for the minimum number of guests is required upon booking, even if all guests do not attend.

• If you require any additional guests to be at the party, we will need to be informed at least 5 days before the party. 5 days means there must be 4 days between the day that you call, and the day of your party booking. The last day to make amends for Saturday party bookings is the Monday before, and the deadline for Sunday party bookings is the Tuesday before. No additional guests will be allowed to be added to the party on the day.

• Final payment must be paid 5 DAYS before the party with us.

• You are entitled to a full refund up to 5 days from the date of your booking. After 5 days the amount paid will be non-refundable. (For example, Monday is the last day changes can be made to Saturday party booking. All of our preparation is actioned 5 days in advance to ensure we are fully prepared.)

• On the day of your party, any guests that fail to attend will not be entitled to a refund. However, another guest can fill this space and will receive the full party package.

• We require confirmation of any allergies and special dietary requirements 1 week before your party with us.

• ARRIVE ON TIME! We have purposely set the start time of your party 15 minutes earlier than your 1 hour Jump session, to allow time to check-in. If you fail to arrive on time, you may lose jump time due to long queues. Any time lost on the park due to late arrival will not be compensated for at the end of the session. The first 15 minutes are allocated to checking customers in, ensuring that all guests have the correct waivers signed and have acknowledged watching our safety briefing. The party room will only become available to parents once the children are bouncing on the park. The 60-minute bounce time will start on the scheduled hour/half hour you selected on booking – so please do not worry, our priority is getting the children onto the park on time.

• Party guests- Let’s get organised! Please note that upon arrival our team need to check every party guest has a waiver signed, which requires us to know their first and last name, and date of birth. Please ensure the PARTY GUESTLIST document is completed prior to your arrival. Our reception area can get very busy, and children seldom know their date of birth without a parent present. Gathering all this information in advance is super important, to ensure a smooth and easy check-in. If you are able to print this form, please do!

• Some areas are subject to a 1.25m height restriction.

• Other than a birthday cake only food and drink purchased at Jump Inc may be consumed on the premises.

• Guests can bring balloons for the party room, however, these must be on a string and weight, and brought into store in a bin bag, under no circumstances must anything be stuck or attached to the walls. Confetti cans, sparklers and whistles are not permitted on site.

• There is up to a £200 charge for any damage or unauthorised activities caused within our party rooms.

• Jump Inc does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings brought onto the premises. All vehicles left in the Jump Inc car park are left at the owners’ risk. Management accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage caused to any vehicles.

• Some equipment may become unavailable at any time due to technical or operational reasons and we reserve the right to close any such equipment without warning.

• Peak parties include: Friday evenings, weekends and school holidays. Off peak includes weekdays during term time.
