FAQs

How do I book a session if I’m a pass holder?
Firstly, call us or drop us an email with your name and the date & time you’d like to come. Secondly, show up with your email confirmation and we’ll provide you with the correct pass. Alternatively, you can walk in. Please ensure you have watched the safety video and signed a waiver before you arrive. Please bring your email confirmation on your visit.
Can I pick up a physical pass to give as a gift?
Yes, you can please bring your email confirmation and we’ll give you a physical pass.
How do book the family bounce pass?
Either email hello@jump-inc.uk or walk in with your email confirmation, alternatively, if this was a gift you can pick one up from the park. Don’t forget to bring the email confirmation with you.
When do the deals expire?
365 days after the purchase date.
Can I use the x5 gift card sessions in one?
Yes, you can use them all in one go on 5 different people for one session. eg. A family of 5 can come and use the whole gift card.
What if you have to close for another lockdown?
Deals for the time of closure due to Covid19 will be extended for the appropriate time.
Can I get a refund?
The deals from Black Friday are strictly not refundable.

PLEASE READ THE T&Cs:

Jump Inc safety socks are not included with the above deals (excluding Group Bounce).
All children 5 years old and under must have a paying adult on with them to supervise.

Annual passes valid from date of collection, annual passes MUST BE COLLECTED WITHIN 4 WEEKS.
One month passes begin on a chosen start date within 12 months of purchase.
Passes must be collected in park.

£99 Annual pass can only be used at the park it was purchased for, cannot be transferred.
Annual passes and month passes can only be used on open jump sessions.
Annual pass and month pass holders must make a reservation by calling 0330 0882267 or booking online using the unique code on their confirmation email.
Annual pass and month passes cannot be used on second hour bounce.
Annual pass and month passes can only be used on one-hour session per day.
Annual pass allows the holder to redeem one open jump session per day for 365 days.
One annual pass per person, if you are found to be sharing your annual pass Jump Inc has the right to cancel it.
Any annual or month pass that appears to have been written on / date changed will be deemed invalid.
Lost passes will not be replaced.
Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Gift cardholders will receive an email containing a code to use at check out or on walk ins. If you are giving this as a gift you may pick up a physical gift card from park.
Gift cards can only be used on open jump sessions.
Gift cards include five, one hour jump sessions.
All 5 bounces can be used on 5 people for the same session.
Can be used Mon-Sun.

Group Bounce pass includes 4 tickets for one hour on the park.
Food with the Group Bounce for 4 deal includes: two margherita/pepperoni pizzas, four sodas, one portion of chips and crisps for parks that do not have fryers (Beverley), four pairs of socks.
Once purchased you will be provided with a separate email with your booking ID that you will need to book the deal over the phone.
Can only be used at the selected park and cannot be transferred.
Booking must be made by calling 0330 0882267 to reserve your space.
This is for a group booking and cannot be split to use on separate visits.

Exclusive hire is capped at 10 per park.
Must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance.
Redeemable Mondays - Sundays excluding Saturdays and school holidays.
Redeemable for the 6:30 / 7pm / 7.30pm session.
Does not include food or socks.

Strictly no refunds are available on the above deals.

COVID_19: The expiry date of the passes and gift cards will only be extended if the park you purchased/collected your pass from closes for any period due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Info about your 2019 & 2021 Black Friday deals:

2019 ANNUAL PASS HOLDERS

5 months extension from the opening date and will be valid until 4 October 2021. Please bring your existing passes with you so we can amend them.

2021 // 6 MONTH PASS (OFFER EXCLUSIVE T0 EXISTING 2019 ANNUAL PASS HOLDERS)

6 months extension from the date your 2019 annual pass expires on 4 October 2021 and will be valid until 31st March 2022.

2020 ANNUAL PASS HOLDERS (INCLUDING ALL PARKS ANNUAL PASS)

12 months extension from the opening date and will be valid until 28th May 2022

2021 // 1 MONTH PASS

12 months extension from the opening date and will be valid until 28th May 2022
A month’s pass is valid for 30 days from the first booking date but must be claimed 1 month before the expiry date.

2021 // 3 MONTH PASS

12 months extension from the opening date and will be valid until 28th May 2022
A 3-month pass is valid for 3 months from the first booking date but must be claimed 3 months before expiry date.

2021 // TODDLER & PARENT X5 JUMP GIFT CARD

12 months extension from the opening date and will be valid until 28th May 2022

Our toddler supervision rules /toddler session age range has now reverted to previous operations ‘pre-covid’ and only children ages 5 and under now require direct supervision on the park.
If you purchased this pass for a child between 6-8yrs Jump inc permits this pass to be used outside of toddler sessions/peak hours but please be aware older children will be using the park.
