We’re always talking about the benefits of Jump Fit, and thanks to our classes, Claire Simpson has shed over seven stone in weight after following a new fitness and healthy eating regime.
33-year-old Leeds mum, Claire weighed 19 stone and nine pounds before she decided to shift her lifestyle and over the past 18 months she has come down to Jump Fit every week, and alongside eating a new healthy diet she’s lost over seven stone and isn’t stopping there!
A regular to our Jump Fit classes at our Leeds park, Claire burns up to 500 calories in her weekly 45-minute sessions.
Claire says: “I was into all sports at school, but when I left I just stopped everything. Now I think I’m fitter than I’ve ever been. I saw the Jump Fit classes advertised and thought it would be a really good way to help me lose weight. I love the classes as it doesn’t matter what level of fitness you’re at, you get pushed as far as you can go.
“I was embarrassed when I first joined as I was massively overweight and bouncing around was the last thing I wanted to do at my size, but I was made to feel really welcome and was put straight at ease. I knew that by doing the class every week alongside a healthy eating plan, I would get to my goal. It’s such a fun class and a fab way to burn calories. I look forward to it every week.”
In addition to regular Jump Fit classes, we run bootcamp-style Jump Warrior sessions and Parent Power classes whereby parents can bring their little ones along to bounce too! In addition to this, from 24th July, parents will be able to bring their older children along to bounce while they get fit*!
