
Our legendary Jump Fit classes have had a bit of a refresh and we want you to come down, have a go, get fit and have fun!
That’s right, you can actually get fit by accident and potentially burn up to 1,000 calories at each of our fitness classes – a bit better than staring into space on a treadmill, right?
And to prove it, we’re giving you the opportunity to come down and try a fitness class for FREE from Monday 5th June – Friday 9th June. That costs you absolutely nothing. Zilch. Simply have a look at our new timetable (at the bottom of this blog post), choose your class and give us a call on 0330 088 2267 to book your space. Be quick, these places will go quicker than you can say ‘pass the chocolate cake’!
It’s time for you to jump for joy at one of our classes, whether you want to let your hair down at Jump to the Beat, feel that all over burn at Jump Tone, or become an athlete at Jump Warrior – there’s something for everyone.
Our new Jump Fit timetable will start at all parks on Monday 12th June, so no matter where you are, you can get fit with us! Leave the gym posers behind, giggle while you jiggle and jump start your fitness – go on, you know you want to!
