Have you ever experienced a trampoline fitness class? Do you want to? If so, our fitness classes, Jump Fit, are all about high spirits and banging tunes!

But what is it?

A Jump Fit class is a high-intensity, low-impact cardio workout that will blast your core, improve all-over muscle tone and raise your heart rate. It offers a structured exercise regime that’s supercharged with all the benefits of free jumping.

At Jump Inc we have four different classes – Jump Fit, Jump Warrior, Jumba and Parent Power.

Jump Fit is a high-energy class which is guaranteed to leave you with a big grin on your face! At Jump Warrior you’ll push your fitness, strength and core to the limits – it’s pretty intense, but we love it. Jumba is a high-energy zumba inspired workout – on a trampoline, it’s a great workout and great fun! For all of the parents out there you can bring your little ones to Parent Power, they’ll watch from the sidelines in their own bouncer or bigger kids will have fun under supervision on our dodgeball court!

So whether you want to let your hair down, or become a fully-fledged Jump Inc. Warrior, we have the class for you!
