Our Jump Fit trampoline fitness classes offer a structured exercise regime that’s supercharged with all the benefits of free jumping. These high-intensity, low-impact cardio workouts will blast your core, improve all-over muscle tone and raise your heart rate. Our trampoline fitness classes are all about high spirits and banging tunes! Be part of the latest fitness craze sweeping the UK.

Our Jump Fit classes are held at our Lincoln park.

When will they be?
Mondays and Thursdays 6:45pm – 7:30pm including school holidays!

Please arrive 15 mins before

How much?
Just £6pp

If you’ve not been to our parks before, you’ll need to pick up a pair of grip socks which you can purchase at reception (or borrow the kids!)

Can’t get anyone to watch the kids while you work out? No worries! The inflatables will still be in action, they can play for just £5.00 – just walk in 🙌🏼
Please note, children need to be aged 6+ or with an accompanying adult.


Please note, Jump Fit will not be on between 20th – 29th December and 14th & 16th February.

Meet the instructors

Kyle Walker

Jump’s Sergeant Major

Kyle is a physical and mental coach, qualified level 3 personal trainer and mixed martial arts coach.

He has a proven record of helping people gain muscle and manage weight – maximising athletic fitness levels & performance. He’s a well known and respected boot camp instructor in the area, with proven motivational psychology. Kyle’s mean looking, but a softie really!

We’re sure he’ll give you the satisfying work out you need!
