Jump Inc’s number one priority is for all our guests to have fun in a safe environment. We have a tightly managed and monitored health & safety system – developed around trampoline park safety best practice and industry standards. Follow our rules to have fun and jump safe!

Keep the vibe positive. Play your part by keeping stray elbows, knees, feet, even your ‘ead/melon, tucked in where you can. Stick to one tramp per person – don’t be a personal space invader.

Bare feet are gross! Plus, the awesome grip on our Jump Socks means you’ll reduce the risk of an epic face-plant (never a good look). #youtubeshame

Woah there with those quadruple back-flips! Always bounce within your abilities and land proper on Big Bag. Use your ass, not your feet.

Loose change, jewellery, keys, mobiles, snotty rags – keep all that stuff in your locker. It’ll still be there when you’ve finished surfin’ the tramps, trickin’ out and getting some massive air.

Any participant aged 5 and under* must be directly supervised by a participant over the age of 14 and wear a Jump Inc high visibility vest – all the cool kids know fluro is the new black!

Please note, an age-restriction applies at Jump Inc Sheffield due to the nature of the equipment and facilities there. Children must be 6 years old or older and we recommend that all jumpers are over 1.25m in height as a lot of our activities have this height restriction (this also applies to birthday parties).

This ain’t no vom fest – no food, drink or gum allowed on the tramps. No bouncing under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
